Shipping Within Canada
Paw Supply proudly ships across Canada. Orders are processed and shipped from our Canadian warehouse.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier but generally range from 2-10 business days.
- We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 CAD (before taxes) within Canada.
- Orders under $50 CAD are subject to a flat shipping rate of $15 CAD anywhere in Canada.
- Free shipping promotions are available for standard ground shipping only and may exclude oversized, overweight, or remote-area shipments.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.
Free Shipping Details
To qualify for free shipping:
- Your order subtotal must be $50 CAD or more before taxes and after discounts have been applied.
- Free shipping applies to eligible Canadian addresses only.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items, heavy shipments, or deliveries to remote locations.
- If an order total falls below the free shipping threshold due to returned items, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
